M Nachiappan, Creative & Managing Director

M.Nachiappan founded the company with a vision to take it to the global arena. His professional qualifications are an ICWAI and an M.Com. However, most of his work has been in the communication field. With both Indian and international working experience under different management cultures, he has a long term intuitive vision of the industry.

He brings with him a decade of experience in the areas of Communication, Branding Strategy and Deployment, Business Development, Technology, Account Management and Operations. He has worked for international clients like CK One , JC Penney, IBM and others. AT N&D he has brought in fresh air into the creatives and achieved results for clients.

He has been quick to imbibe new technology and exploit opportunities. He has been instrumental in bringing clients the advantages of a wide spectrum of activities under one roof.

Ashutosh Bharadwaj, Director - Projects

Ashutosh Bharadwaj is a management professional with an MBA in International Marketing & Management from Australia. He has an enviable portfolio of experience working with the biggies in the industry Coca Cola, Tata, TELCO, Hindustan Lever and many others. His 14 years of experience span a varied mix of skills in Business Development, Strategy & Planning, Marketing and Sales, Strategic Account Management and Relationship Management.

Narasimhan, Director – Art

Narasimhan spearheads the design at the studio. He efficiently develops  communication objectives into a successful visual solution. High end digital technology is his forte and he excels here. He is a B.F.A graduate from the College of Fine Art. He has developed successful campaigns for  Indian and international brands including Print Communication, Outdoor Advertising , POP, Packaging, Animation to Set Design Packages.
